Leonard Baker

                                                                           October 08, 1949 - October 17, 2024

On Thursday October 17th in Niagara Falls Ontario in his 76th year Len Baker entered his field of dreams with his bat and glove ready to play ball. He leaves behind his best friend and beloved wife of 52 years Barb. Cherished father of Cory Baker and Cheri Cox (Ron) 2013. Very proud grandfather of Kayla and Dylan. Special grandpaw of Toby.

Len joins his parents Frank and Myrtle and siblings Ken, Alice, Marion, Betty and Ray. Survived by loving brother and sisters Murray, Joyce and Ruth. Also remembered fondly by his brothers and sisters in law many nieces, nephews and friends.

Len enjoyed his time playing baseball and pickle ball or watching hockey and nascar but his true love in life was spending time with family and friends where his quick wit and sense of humour always had us laughing. Cremation has taken place. A celebration of Len’s life will be held at Hellenic Centre (south hall) 133 Southdale Road West London on Saturday November 23rd from 1-4pm. Please use the side entrance. In honour of Lenny’s love for sports please dress casual and feel free to wear your favourite jersey or Nascar shirt.
